Check a package's expiration Each package card shows credits remaining against credits purchased, so you can see exactly how much of what you originally bought is genuinely left to use. It also shows an expiration date, but only if that specific package definition actually has one attached to it in your studio's configuration; some packages never expire at all, and this page tells you plainly which kind you're looking at rather than making you guess or assume the worst about it. An Expiring Soon badge appears automatically once you're inside the final seven days before that date, giving you a clear heads-up while there's still time to use them or ask for more. Request more time Request More Time opens a dialog asking for a reason: schedule availability, travel, health or recovery, a studio schedule change, or something else entirely, plus optional free-text context to explain your specific situation in your own words to staff. This sends a request for staff to review on their side of the app; it does not extend the expiration automatically the instant you submit it, since that decision is deliberately left to a real person to make. You'll hear back once a staff member has actually made a decision on the request, whichever way it ultimately goes for you.
