Choose a class type Booking starts with a class group card, not a bare calendar. Each card shows your real available balance for that class type right up front, so you already know whether you're covered before you even pick a time. Selecting a card that bundles more than one class type shows the specific class types inside it, so you can narrow down to exactly the kind of session you want before ever seeing a time. Filter by instructor and pick a date Any instructor is the default, showing every open session regardless of teacher; picking one narrows the list down to just their sessions, and clearing it brings back the full picture instantly. The date strip beside it only shows days within your studio's real advance-booking window, not an arbitrary calendar range, so you're never shown a date you couldn't actually book anyway. Select a session and confirm Each open session shows real remaining spots and the teaching instructor. The button itself reflects what will actually happen next: it may say Book, Continue, or Request booking if you're covered for this class, or Get Credits first if you're not, so the label is never a guess about what's about to happen. Booking itself opens a confirmation dialog stating your credit source and any cancellation-window warning before anything is finalized.

Tides booking is credit-aware. The platform checks the client, the selected class type, capacity, intake requirements, and available credit before it creates a booking.
Credit order
Membership allotments are used before package credits. Package credits are selected according to the studio's configured priority rule, usually by the soonest expiration.
Use one account
If you already have credits or a membership, sign in with the email tied to that account. A second account can hide valid credits from the booking flow.
