Studio policies
High-level booking, cancellation, account, intake, and support expectations for Tides clients.
Policies keep the studio predictable for clients, instructors, and operations staff. The platform enforces account, credit, cancellation, and intake rules where possible, and support tickets capture exceptions.

Read the cancellation policy Every booking's own Cancel dialog in Your Bookings states the exact cancellation window your studio has configured, right there before you confirm anything at all. There's no separate cancellation-policy page tucked away somewhere else in the app; the real rule that applies to this exact booking is shown precisely where the decision actually happens, not buried in a terms document you'd have to go find first. That number can differ from studio to studio, so what you see here is always the one that genuinely applies to you. Find your signed waiver Forms and Documents keeps a permanent record of every waiver you've ever signed, including the exact document text you agreed to and your actual signature captured at the time. It's fully studio-editable content rather than fixed legal boilerplate baked into the app itself, so the specific wording can genuinely differ between studios using this same platform. Once signed, a document like this becomes locked and can't be edited after the fact, only reviewed here going forward. Privacy and Terms Privacy Policy and Terms live in the footer of every public page across the whole site, not hidden away in account settings somewhere. Like the waiver text, both are editable studio content rather than hardcoded legal pages built into the app itself, so what you read reflects this specific studio's own policies rather than a generic template. Any numeric policy referenced on either page, like a cancellation window, is the studio's own configured value, never a fixed universal number shared across every studio on the platform.
