Prepare for your first visit
What to complete before arriving, what to bring, and how to help your instructor teach the right session.
A smooth first visit depends on the account being ready before you arrive. The booking, intake, and check-in screens all use the same client profile, so complete the account steps once and keep them current.
Prepare for your first visit
There's no single first-visit checklist screen — here's where your forms, your upcoming bookings, and the one-time setup wizard actually live.

Finish your forms first Forms and Documents shows exactly which health questionnaires and waivers still need your attention before your first real session, with a clear action-required banner right at the top when something's still outstanding. A Complete Now link takes you straight into the wizard from that same banner; you genuinely can't book a session until every required form is actually done and submitted. This same page is where you'd come back to if a form ever needs to be re-completed later. Find your upcoming session Your Bookings is the full list of everything you've booked, past and upcoming both, in one continuous list rather than split across separate pages. A Book Session shortcut sits right at the top if you haven't reserved your first class yet, so there's no need to go hunting for the booking flow separately. Once you do have an upcoming session, this exact page is also where you'd go to check in details or cancel it if your plans change. The one-time setup wizard New clients get walked through Welcome, Forms, Plan, and Book automatically the very first time they land here, in that exact order, one step at a time. Once you've already booked a session or bought a plan, visiting this same link again just sends you back to your account instead of repeating the whole wizard from scratch. It's genuinely a one-time thing, not something you'll ever be asked to redo once you're an established client here.
