Use the waitlist

How waitlist positions, offer windows, claim timing, and staff review work.

When a session is full, eligible clients can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, the platform promotes waiting entries into offered entries according to the studio's waitlist rules.

  1. 1Join the waitlist from the booking flow when the session is full.
  2. 2Watch for an offer notification if a spot opens.
  3. 3Claim the offered spot before the claim window expires.
  4. 4If the offer expires, the next waiting client may receive the spot.

Waiting is not the same as offered

Waiting entries stay queued until a cancellation or staff action creates an offer. Offered entries have a claim window.
