Google API Data (For Instructors)

When instructors choose to connect their Google Calendar to Tides Pilates, we request access to calendar events and the calendar list. We use this data solely to provide two-way synchronization of the teaching schedule: to automatically create, update, and delete calendar events when a pilates session is booked, rescheduled, or cancelled, and to check availability (Free/Busy) against selected personal calendars to prevent booking conflicts.

Tides Pilates's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use this data for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose outside of providing the core scheduling and synchronization service.
