Payment Methods

Tides Pilates processes all payments securely through Stripe.

Accepted Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available at checkout.

Managing Payment Methods

Visit Billing Settings to view and update your saved payment methods. You can add new cards and set a default payment method for membership renewals.

Gift Certificate Balance

If you’ve redeemed a gift certificate, the balance is applied to your account. Gift balance is used automatically at checkout, either fully or partially with a card covering the remainder.
