Create and manage your account

How sign-in, profile details, notification settings, bookings, credits, and support tickets stay connected.

Your account is the source of truth for bookings, credits, memberships, intake, support tickets, gift balance, referrals, and notification preferences. Use the same email address for every booking and purchase.

  1. 1Sign in with email/password or Google.
  2. 2Open Account to review upcoming sessions and active credits.
  3. 3Open Profile to keep name, phone, and email details current.
  4. 4Open Settings or Notifications to review email, in-app, and SMS preferences.
  5. 5Use Help & Support when the studio needs account-specific context.

Avoid duplicate accounts

If a package, membership, or booking is missing, contact support before creating a new account. Duplicate accounts make credits and purchase history harder to reconcile.
