Understand sign-up and sign-in Creating an account uses a secure, hosted sign-up screen, not a form built into this app, so you'll never see custom field names here that a general sign-up provider didn't design. If you started from a specific class, completing sign-up returns you to that exact booking so you don't lose your place in the flow; otherwise you land in a short first-run setup that checks intake, plan, and your first booking in sequence before handing you off to your dashboard. Signing back in later uses that same hosted screen, so your credentials are never handled directly by this app. Update your profile The Profile tab under Settings is where your real account details live: full name, email, phone number, and date of birth, all editable in place without contacting the studio directly. Phone numbers are reformatted automatically the moment you leave the field, so you don't need to worry about dashes or parentheses yourself. Select Save Changes to persist an edit, and a confirmation toast lets you know it went through; if anything fails validation, the same toast tells you exactly what to fix before trying again. Your email here is tied to your sign-in identity, so changing it may prompt a re-verification step the next time you sign in.

Avoid duplicate accounts
If a package, membership, or booking is missing, contact support before creating a new account. Duplicate accounts make credits and purchase history harder to reconcile.
