Anna Sewell is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher working with individuals and small groups to better understand how to move their bodies from their center promoting core strength and spinal health.


Classical Pilates Studio

The Pilates method has over 500 exercises performed, in our studio, on over 10 pieces of equipment creating exciting sequences and making room for all bodies to progress regardless of fitness level.


Collaborative Energy

Anna leads small group circuit classes that are limited to 4 people ensuring proper form and understanding of movements while fostering an autonomous environment. Each person will get to move on at least two different apparatuses benefiting from the wide scope of the Pilates Method.

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in and grippy socks. Bare feet are welcome in private sessions.

  • No. Pilates is for all fitness levels and will help improve flexibility and strength.
